There are two pathways to support depending on your age.
Over 25
- Telephone: 0161 234 4692 between 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) for help and support.
18-25
- Telephone: 0161 234 1081 to find a way to help you keep your home.
For help when the office is closed (weekends, bank holidays and evenings),

If you are homeless and do not have a connection to Manchester, we may refer your application to another authority.
