Greater Manchester Mental Health 24/7 Crisis Care Helpline
Although things are changing very quickly, here at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, we are still here to respond to the needs of everyone, including our service users and their carers.
We know you still need us, so we have extended our helpline to 24/7 which you can call any time, day or night, if you feel your mental health is beginning to suffer. Our helpline is now free to use and available to everyone.

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAHMS)
CAMHS are specialist NHS mental health services for children and young people. They offer assessment, diagnosis, treatment and support for young people who are experiencing problems with their emotions, behaviour or mental health.
Parents and carers can self refer children to this service from this website.
Online counselling for children and young people across Greater Manchester
All children and young people in Greater Manchester can now access free online counselling and emotional well-being support if they are struggling with their mental health during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Kooth is for young people aged 11-18 and offers a variety of resources, including:
