Complaints
Complaints should be addressed to our Practice Manager who will provide an acknowledgement that the complaint is received within 3 working days. Complaints should be made in writing. An investigation and/or staff meeting will occur to discuss the complaint in more detail and you will be notified in writing of the outcome and system changes that have occurred.
